Project Description:
The refurbishment of 60 Union St, now named ‘U60’ was completed over multiple stages to adapt to the live environment.
The following was supplied and installed by Ausrise Facades:
- Custom designed ‘brick pattern’ screen
- In-situ glazing and shopfront glazing
- Aluminium Awnings
- Aneeta windows
- Operable vertical windows which are connected to the Building management system
